Green is good – it’s tasty and nutritious! Most of us can benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables, and during this 6-week program, you are challenged to make a conscious effort to eat more of them. We’ll provide you with weekly emails that include education, tips and strategies to get more fruits and veggies into your diet. You’ll get healthier and feel great! Challenge dates are 7/11/16 to 8/22/16.
