Learn 5 techniques to manage your stress.

This week, we are going to learn an important technique called mindfulness.  Mindfulness is the deliberate act of stopping and just letting your thoughts rest.  This week, practice being mindful for just 5 minutes a day. 

Earn 50 wellness points for completing this program. All participants who complete the challenge will have their names placed in a drawing for a $50.00 gift card to Bass Pro Shops or a Nail Salon.
